The Audi S4 Quattro offers outstanding performance and driver enjoyment coupled with all of the practicalities of a luxurious car which can be enjoyed in equal measure on long journeys or on short fun runs. This model is fitted with the excellent Audi 4.2 litre V8 engine, which provides a breath-taking 339bhp and sounds simply wonderful. Couple this with a 0-60 time of 5.6 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155mph and you have a serious performance vehicle.
This is the excellent 6 speed Tiptronic Automatic model, which is fitted with paddle shifts on the steering wheel for manual controls of the gears. You can also set the car to drive in standard Automatic mode without using the paddle shifts for lazy cruising days.
THE EXTERIOR:
The car is finished in stunning metallic silver and is in excellent condition all-around. The mirrors, window surrounds and roof bars are all finished in chrome which perfectly compliments the bodywork colour.
To really make this car stand out, it has had its alloy wheels upgraded (we believe from new) to the factory optional extra 18†14 spoke (actually 7 split-spoke in appearance) – and you’ll probably agree that these look absolutely stunning on the car. All four wheels have been recently refurbished and so are near immaculate.
Another nice optional extra is the automatic boot release. Simply hold the boot release button down on the key fob and the boot springs open fully without the need to pull it open manually – very useful when loading or your hands are full.
THE INTERIOR:
As is to be expected from a top of the range Audi sports model, the interior is sheer luxury and finished to the highest standard. The dash board trim and door trims are all finished with carbon fibre effect, which perfectly accompany the black interior.
The seats are finished in black leather, and all seats are in perfect condition. There are no tears, rips or stains and are exactly as they should be, and both driver and passenger seats are electrically adjustable.
The car is fitted with Audi’s excellent computerised ‘Navigation System Plus’, which is an integrated CD player, radio, and Sat Nav system. There is also a factory fitted iPod connection in the glove compartment, which integrates with the head unit and brings the on-board tech bang up to date.
SERVICE HISTORY:
The car has a FULL SERVICE HISTORY from new and comes complete with the stamped Audi Service Log book.
The car was recently fully serviced with Audi West London at 65,087 miles. The next service is not now due for approximately another 17,000 miles (as shown by the on-board service indicator).
Another point worth noting with the Audi S4 is that they follow the Audi Long Life servicing schedule, which means that the car only needs servicing approximately every 20,000 miles or two years (naturally, as with any car, this figure is approximate and will also adjust according to time elapsed since last service, and the way in which the car is driven etc.)…
