The Audi S4 Quattro offers outstanding performance and driver enjoyment coupled with all of the practicalities of a luxurious car which can be enjoyed in equal measure on long journeys or on short fun runs. Being a Quattro, naturally it is four wheel drive and this offers superb road handling and a really solid and confident feel to the drive, even with the large amount of power driving the wheels!
This is the Cabriolet (convertible) model, finished in the best factory colour - full metallic black. This colour is far superior to the ‘flat’ black version and the metallic gives the paintwork a very ‘deep’ look and catches the sunlight beautifully.
The car is finished with the simply stunning bright red leather interior, including red leather door inserts. The red gives a more unique and individual look to the interior, but actually also looks more luxurious up close than the standard black leather. A very nice feature indeed.

Naturally, this is the Cabriolet version of the S4 and so comes fitted complete with a fully electric roof for those nice summer days – or for an opportunity to show yourself off in your pride and joy and really show the red leather in all its glory!
The roof folds back fully into the boot partition, and benefits from having a genuine glass rear window (rather than the cheaper plastic ones used on many convertibles) allowing for great rear vision when driving with the roof down.
This model is fitted with the excellent Audi 4.2 litre V8 engine, which provides a breath-taking 339bhp and sounds simply wonderful. Couple this with a 0-60 time of 5.7 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155mph and you have a serious performance vehicle!
This particular S4 benefits from having a very attractive and subtle rear boot lip spoiler, which really does complete the look of the car. In addition, the car has been fitted with 18†ATP alloy wheels in the RS4 style, and also an after-market exhaust system finished in black to match the bodywork – which sounds absolutely amazing.
The previous owner has also had an iPod connection fitted in the glove box, which really brings the functionality of the car bang up to date and allows you to listen to your MP3’s rather than standard CD’s or radio should the mood take you.
This really is an absolutely cracking example and would make an excellent choice for either an enthusiast or newcomer to the wonderful world of Audi S4 ownership.
THE EXTERIOR:
The car is finished in stunning metallic black and is in excellent condition all-around. This particular colour seems to be quite rare on the S4, with most black models being the standard ‘flat’ black. The metallic really does look the part and sets of the look of the car.
The car has been professionally fitted with an upgraded boot lip spoiler. Although subtle and a change that would probably not be noticed except by S4 enthusiasts, or those very familiar with the car - it really is a great enhancement over the standard spoiler.
The car has been fitted with an after-market exhaust system. We are unable to ascertain the brand of the exhaust as there is no logo visible and the exhaust was already fitted when the previous owner bought the car. However, we do not believe it is Milltek (a common upgrade system for S4’s) and it certainly sounds similar – if not superior to the Milltek system. It is finished in black to match the bodywork – a very nice touch – and the sound is incredible. Lots of low down grunt and growl, but without being overbearing or raucous. V8 fans will quite simply fall in love with the sound from this exhaust system!
The alloy wheels have been upgraded to a gorgeous stet of 18†ATP alloys, finished in black with polished silver faces, which are in the style of the RS4 alloys. Again, another small but very stylish upgrade.
THE INTERIOR:
As is to be expected from a top of the range Audi sports model, the interior is sheer luxury and finished to the highest standard. The dash board trim and door trims are all finished with brushed aluminium effect complete with red leather inserts, which perfectly accompany the black/red interior.
The seats are finished in gorgeous red leather, and all seats are in perfect condition. There are no tears, rips or stains and are exactly as they should be.
The car has electric seats – which have a memory function for both driver. This is a relatively rare S4 optional extra and is perfect if both yourself and partner are to drive the car. Simply set the seat to your own individual perfect position, memorise it to one of the memory buttons, and then whenever the seat has moved just press the memory button and the seat will automatically adjust itself to your pre-saved position – an extremely useful feature!
SERVICE HISTORY:
The car has a FULL AUDI SERVICE HISTORY from new and comes complete with the stamped Audi Service Log book.
The car was fully serviced with Audi Leicester at 50,510 miles. The next service is not now due for another 11,000 miles approximately (as shown by the on-board service indicator).
