The BMW X5 offers a great driving experience coupled with great spaciousness and luxury. If you’re looking for a car that offers plenty of room for either family or loading, but also want a solid and reliable car that drives like something half its size, then the BMW X5 is the perfect choice!
This is the 3.0 litre Sport model, finished in stunning blue, complete with the tan coloured leather (one of the best colour combinations on the X5) and the 19†Y Spoke Sport alloy wheels make this a fine looking example and really do finish the car off perfectly.
This model is fitted with the excellent BMW 3.0 litre engine, which provides an extremely capable 231bhp – more than enough power for most people!
It is worth noting also that the drive on this particular car is very ‘peppy’ and lively. It really does feel like an almost brand new car. The drive is very solid, and the engine is not in any way ‘tired’ and has clearly been well maintained and we would say never really ‘pushed’ to the limits of its performance. The result of which is a very lively and engaging engine with lots of immediacy. A genuinely excellent example.
THE EXTERIOR:
The car is finished in stunning blue and is in excellent condition all around. We always say that, being a used car, you might find the odd minor stone chip or mark if you specifically look for faults, but the car is a fabulous example and is in genuinely excellent condition all around. The car is fitted with the famous 19†Sport alloys and the condition is excellent on all four. The colour of the wheels really does compliment the bodywork colour, and the tyres have plenty of tread remaining and all four tyres are Michelin.
This car is also fitted with factory fitted parking sensors on both the front and the rear to aid parking, and has electric mirrors (the passenger side mirror automatically turns downwards when reversing so that you can see the kerb when parking – very useful!)
THE INTERIOR:
As is to be expected from a high-end BMW model, the interior is sheer luxury and finished to the highest standard.
The seats (and interior) are finished in stunning tan leather, and all seats are all in very good condition. There are no tears, rips or stains and are exactly as they should be.
The car has electric adjustable seats for both driver AND passenger. The drivers seat memorises up to four different positions, so if you and your partner drive the same car, simply open the door, press the memory seat button and it will automatically adjust the seat, steering wheel, and door mirrors to your own unique settings before you even step into the car!
The car is fitted with parking sensors for both front and rear and are 100% fully functioning and very useful when parking (it’s a big car!)
The car also has the full Sat Nav and entertainment system built into the dashboard, as well as full phone prep and has the upgraded steering wheel complete with controls.
SERVICE HISTORY:
The car has a FULL BMW SERVICE HISTORY from new and comes complete with the stamped BMW Service Log book.
The car has just been serviced with BMW Hereford at 58,054 miles on the 14th of July 2009. This service carried out was the full Inspection II Service (the big one). Additionally, a full brake fluid change was conducted alongside the service.
